semget error in httpd

Hello,

Whenever you get semget error while restarting httpd. Please do the following

ipcs -s | grep nobody | perl -e 'while () {@a=split(/\s+/); print `ipcrm sem $a[1]`}'

/scripts/restartsrv httpd
